Diesel Pusher & Motorhome Repairs
- No-start diagnosis and repair — cranks but won't fire, or won't crank at all. Fuel system, electrical, or mechanical. We diagnose and fix on-site.
- Engine derate and fault codes — limp mode or sudden power loss is almost always DEF or aftertreatment related. We clear faults properly with factory software, not just reset the light.
- Overheating — cooling system failures on the road. Thermostat, water pump, radiator, or coolant leak diagnosis and repair where possible on-site.
- Cummins ISB and ISC diagnosis — common in Class A diesel pushers. Factory Cummins software on board for accurate diagnosis.
- CAT engine service — factory CAT diagnostic tools for motorhomes running CAT powerplants.
- DEF system faults — contaminated DEF, failed DEF injector, or NOx sensor causing derate. Diagnosed and resolved on-site.
- Generator diagnosis — diesel generator failures diagnosed alongside the main engine.
